What data the Super11 app and the super11.live website process and why, how long it is kept, and your rights under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK.

In short
- No account. The app does not ask you to sign up; we never ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number.
- Your preferences stay on your device. Your favourite leagues and language are stored only on your phone or tablet and are not sent to us.
- No ads, no tracking, no usage analytics. No location, contacts, photos or microphone permission is requested.
- We never sell data. Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing.
- This website uses no cookies.
1. Controller and contact

2. Scope
This policy covers the Super11 mobile app (iPhone, iPad, Android) and the super11.live website. Super11 is a football statistics and match analysis app; the match, team, league and statistics data you see on screen is not personal data.

What we do not collect
Name, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth, location, contacts, photos, microphone data and advertising ID are not collected; the app does not request those permissions. Today the app contains no advertising, no usage analytics and no tool that tracks you across apps and websites.
4. Features that may be added later
The features below may be offered in future versions of the app. The processing described here happens only once the feature is in the app and you use it; if a feature is not in your app, this data is not processed. When a feature goes live we update this policy and its effective date.

- Ad consent: once ads are offered, users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent form on first launch and can refuse personalised ads. On iPhone and iPad, Apple’s tracking permission prompt is shown as well; if you decline, your advertising ID is not read. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalisation in your device settings at any time.
- Payments: purchases are made through the store you downloaded the app from (App Store or Google Play). Your card details and store account are never passed to us; we only receive the status of your purchase.
- Notifications: sent only if you allow them on your device; you can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
5. Who data is shared with
Your data is never sold or passed to anyone for marketing. It is shared only with the service providers we use, and only as far as their job requires. They act as processors on our behalf (GDPR Art. 28 · KVKK Art. 3/1-ğ), bound by contract.
Categories of recipients today:
- server hosting (cloud infrastructure) provider,
- content delivery and network security provider,
- the app stores that distribute the app,
- e-mail provider (when you write to us).
Categories added only when, and only for, the features in section 4:
- sign-in (authentication) services,
- notification delivery services (including those of your device’s operating system),
- error tracking and usage statistics services,
- ad network,
- purchase verification service.
Beyond this, data may be disclosed only where the law requires it (a lawful request from a competent authority).
6. International transfers
Our servers and some of our providers process data outside Türkiye (including the European Union and the United States). These transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Chapter V GDPR and Art. 9 KVKK (standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements).
7. Retention
- Preferences and cache on your device: until you clear them or uninstall the app.
- Connection logs: for the short time needed for security and fault diagnosis; log files rotate and are deleted automatically. Website logs are kept for at most 14 days.
- E-mail correspondence: up to 2 years after your request is closed.
- Once the features in section 4 are offered: account data until you delete your account (in the app or by writing to [email protected]); notification address until you turn notifications off or uninstall; error and usage records for at most 14 months; ad data under the ad network’s own retention periods.
8. Security
All traffic between the app or website and our servers is encrypted. Access to the servers is limited to authorised people.
9. Your rights
- Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17),
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20),
- Objection (Art. 21) and withdrawing consent at any time (Art. 7(3)),
- Lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
Users in Türkiye have the equivalent rights under Art. 11 KVKK, including learning whether and why data is processed, to whom it is transferred, correction, erasure and compensation, and may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Art. 14 KVKK).
Send requests to [email protected]. We answer free of charge within 30 days (GDPR Art. 12(3) · KVKK Art. 13/2). How to request deletion is explained on the Data Deletion page.
10. Children
Super11 is meant for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that such data was collected, we delete it without delay.
11. This website
super11.live uses no cookies, contains no analytics, tracking or ad scripts and loads nothing from other sites. Like any web server, ours logs your IP address and request details for security (kept for at most 14 days).
12. Changes
We update this text when needed and change the effective date above. Significant changes are also announced in the app.
